Refund policy

We accept returns for unused products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at lauren@kushkards.com with your order number.
• We will provide you with the address to ship your return.

Important Notes:

• We do not refund your original shipping costs—only the product cost and any taxes paid.
• Once your return is received, it will be processed within 5 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirming the return.
• Please allow 2–5 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.
